Kristofer is a seasoned entrepreneur with twenty years of leadership, management, & real estate development experience. He has led teams in both residential & commercial real estate development companies. Kristofer started his career in company operations & served as Association President & Architectural Review Board Chair for eight upscale communities in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Donnie Koon
Donnie is originally from Batesburg-Leesville, SC & moved to the Upstate in 2005. Donnie earned his degree at The Citadel in 1996. He has over twenty years experience in construction management & customer service, gaining experience from home construction, warranty services, & land development, including many years with an upscale development company in the upstate of South Carolina & Asheville area of North Carolina.
